Eric Gao

Eric Gao is a junior majoring in economics and mathematics. Eric works in behavioral economics and mechanism design, and is interested in using mathematics to rigorously understand human decision-making and how institutions should be structured in response. Additionally, Eric is a Teaching Assistant for Econ 50/51, Editor-in-Chief of the Stanford Economic Review, and Financial Officer of the Stanford Economics Association. Outside of economics, Eric enjoys playing chess, climbing trees, and twirling butterfly knives.
