Andrew Hall is the Davies Family Professor in Political Economics at the Graduate School of Business and Senior Fellow at Hoover Institution. He uses data to study how to organize collective decision-making and design democratic systems of governance, combining large-scale datasets with econometric and machine-learning tools to quantify and understand how different ways of designing governance systems affect outcomes.
